| Knitter's Retreat/Workshop in Maine
July 28-August 3, 2008
The 4th annual Medomak Camp knitting retreat will be held at Medomak Camp and Retreat Center in Washington, Maine. Bill Huntington, owner of Hope Spinnery and talented knitter, spinner and fiber artist, will be our guide once again as fiber enthusiasts congregate at our beautiful haven in Midcoast Maine. We welcome young, old, novice and experienced knitters to learn, share, enjoy and relax with us.

Some comments from previous participants:
"Bill really was a cut above. He was a real artist."
“The trip to Nanny’s farm blew me away.”
“Experiencing Maine including the coastal towns, the camp, the farms, everything I learned about being 'green' (composting, eating organic foods, natural fibers vs. synthetics, etc), was amazing!”
“I gained a better understanding of/appreciation for what it takes to produce the wool we buy in stores, and the people and animals who produce it.”
“The food was sumptuous, a real treat! I have dreams about Karen’s chocolate chip cookies…”
